“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”- Hippocrates

Why me?

As a psychotherapist and test evaluator, I am familiar with the issues that children are often faced with, which often center around separation anxiety, problems paying attention, learning and behavior issues, parent separation, and/or divorce.

What do I Do?

I help children and young adults come to express the issues that they are struggling with.  Building a trusting working relationship is the key to self-expression and exploring ways to solve problems. With younger children, play therapy often helps expressing emotions that remain hidden.

I am a licensed psychologist in private practice in New York City.  I also have worked in different settings as a testing consultant, including the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Rose F. Kennedy Center and the SUNY College of Optometry in New York City.

I reside in New York City and have an office on the upper west side of Manhattan at 15 West 72nd Street, which is convenient to major subway lines. By appointment only.
